Research interest

The lab mainly focus on the molecular mechanisms of TGF-β signaling and Wnt signaling in regulating cell fates and related physiological and pathological functions; Using multiple techniques of molecular biology, cell biology and bioinformatics in combination with organoid culture and mouse models, we also investigate the self-renewal and differentiation mechanisms of adult stem cells of intestine and stomach, and explore the pathogenic mechanisms of related diseases.
